Meditation Monday – Divine Trust (audio only)
Welcome to another Meditation Monday. We are always trying to improve here at Lipstick Chat. There have been some suggestions video meditations may be distracting So today, we have an audio only. Also, I am posting the transcript of the audio here for those who wish to use the words in their own way. Any and all feedback is welcome and appreciated.
Today’s Meditation is on Divine Trust and the Turnaround. So find a comfortable, quiet space, Relax. Turn of the world and for the next 3:44 trust that in the quiet you become open to receive. In the stillness, more is revealed. When you are comfortable, let’s begin.
- Take a deep breath in and let slowly let it out
- Today we focus on divine trust
- Take another deep breath in… and as you let it out become aware of your breath………..your breathing
- Take another deep breath in… and as you let it out … feel the tension in your shoulders and neck release………relax your arms and hands
- Take one more deep breath in …….. and as you let it out…… feel your torso, legs and feet relax….all the tension of the day is gone
- Know that you are safe and protected in this space
- Let my words be your thoughts
- Take a deep breath in… and as you let it out… breathe the word “trust”
- I trust that I am exactly where I am supposed to be today
- I have faith that all my dreams are about to be realized
- I release any doubt about the timing knowing that in God’s time all that I desire will be mine
- All fear and doubt are erased at the cellular level.
- Today I am open to receive a surprising turnaround in all my affairs
- I believe in my vision, my dream, my path
- I trust that if I am unsure of my vision, dream or path, clarity will be received
- Today I am open to receive a stunning new resolution
- Take one last deep breath in… and as you let it out … become aware of your body; become conscious of your space; and slowly bring yourself back to this time and space.
- As you come back…. Know that your placement of trust in the Divine will lead you to your clarity. The Universe is about to shower abundance and prosperity upon you.
